All sales of eBooks, prompts, and digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered. Contact us within 7 days for technical issues.

2. Strategy Sessions / Consultations

• Full refund if canceled at least 24 hours before the session.
• No refund for missed sessions without notice.

3. Subscriptions or Monthly Services

You can cancel anytime before your next billing cycle. No partial refunds.

4. Custom Projects

• 50% advance is non-refundable.
• Completed milestones are non-refundable unless significantly delayed.
